"Working with Alexa allowed us to feel peaceful, taken care of, advocate for, and respected in our home buying process. I knew that any exchange I was not a part of, Alexa was representing us exactly how I wanted to be."
"Through the process, I felt proud that she was our agent."
Maggie J. - clifton, VA
"Her insights and guidance weren't just valuable for the home itself, but also the neighborhoods and towns that we were considering which lead us to the utmost confidence that we were putting in offers and ultimately closing on the right place for our family to thrive for many years to come."
"We could not have found our dream home in Purcellville, VA without her."
frank a. - purcellville, va
Alexa was amazing to work with! She worked across multiple time zones and geographical locations due to travel plans and work trips on both sides but was always available to guide us throughout the entire process. She took us to see multiple homes, really understood what we really wanted (we thought we wanted a turn key home, but upon touring a couple completely renovated home we realized we actually preferred homes that needed our own touch) so she was able to refocus our search and helped us secure our beautiful home.
"She has great expertise when it comes to real estate in the Northern Virginia area, and knows how to make your offer stand out and be competitive without overstretching your budget/comfort level."
AARSHIKA S. - Fairfax, VA
Once your offer is accepted, closing usually takes 21 to 30 days. The search before that depends on the market and how sure you are about the town.
How long does buying a home take?
Some loan programs allow 3 to 3.5% down, and VA loans can require nothing down. Budget for closing costs on top of that, and I'll connect you with lenders I trust to run your numbers.
How much do I need for a down payment?
Buyers are responsible for compensating their agent. However, some sellers will offer compensation towards buyer broker fees as part of the sales contract on their home. As you'll learn, everything is negotiable!
Do I have to pay you?
It comes down to your commute, how much space you want, and whether you'd rather walk to coffee or drive past cows to get there. Start with Find Your Town, or let's grab coffee and sort it out together.
Which Loudoun town is right for me?
Not unless you try. Western Loudoun has wineries, breweries, farm stands, First Fridays, and more festivals than you have weekends. It's a different pace, not less to do.
Will I be bored if I move to Loudoun County?
